Open Workshops
Twice a year Complicité holds open workshops in London, led by an Associate, focused on a specific topic. These three-day workshops are open to theatre makers, dancers, designers, artists and teachers who are interested in refreshing their practice or exploring how Complicité’s practice can inform their work.
The roots of Complicité’s work can be traced back to the training of its members, many of whom studied at the École internationale de théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris. It has continued to shape and influence the Company’s approach to theatre making and is at the heart of the Company’s workshops.
Our practice lies in devising and collaboration and working with and from the body, fuelled by a spirit of playfulness, risk taking and a willingness to fail.
