Any orders made in February will NOT be dispatched until March.

Normally dispatched from Complicité by Royal Mail within one month of the order being placed.

We are currently not accepting orders from the EU or Northern Ireland. We are accenting International orders outside of this zone, but please be aware that customers may be responsible for customs clearance taxes.

Please note that if you’re ordering the Digital Offer that the item will be emailed to you, not posted, so there are no delivery charges and the offer is available internationally.

Important update for our customers in the United States

We will continue to ship Complicité merchandise to the USA. However, recent changes to U.S. customs rules mean that orders may now be subject to import duties and additional fees on arrival.

What has changed

From 29 August 2025, the United States has removed the previous duty-free threshold for imported goods. This means that all orders shipped to the USA may incur customs duties, regardless of value. These charges are set by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are outside of our control.

What this means for your order

Orders to the USA are sent via Royal Mail and handed to the local delivery partner once they arrive in the USA. You will pay for your items and shipping at checkout as usual. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs processing fees will be payable by the recipient before delivery. The local carrier or U.S. customs authorities may contact you directly to arrange payment if charges apply.

Duties are calculated based on:
The value of the item
The country of manufacture (not the country it ships from)

Tariff rates vary depending on origin and may change at any time at the discretion of the U.S. Government.

Please note:
Customs processing may occasionally extend delivery times. If duties or fees remain unpaid and a parcel is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the items once received back at our studio. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

We are working to include country-of-origin information in our product listings wherever possible. If you need this information before placing an order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds

Complicité are unable to offer a refund or returns on orders made through the website.
