We are hiring: Company Administrator
We’re looking for a Company Administrator to support the day-to-day running of Complicité, working across all company activities and providing vital administration and financial support.
This role will be particularly significant as Complicité undertakes a move from its current London home to a new base in the South West. Based in the Gloucester office, you will work closely with the Finance & Operations Manager, Executive Director and Senior Creative Producer to take occupation of the company’s new home, manage the move and play a part in establishing a cross-location working culture.
Salary: £28 – £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanent, Full time.
Hours of work: 40 hrs per week including 1 hour unpaid lunch, 10-6pm Monday to Friday. Some evening & weekend work will be required for which time off will be given in lieu.
Location: Complicité is part of the Arts Council’s NPO-Transfer scheme and we are in the process of moving to the South West. For at least the next twelve months our offices will be in Gloucester, where this role will be based. We welcome applications from candidates familiar with this location and the current local arts landscape. The company’s London office is currently in Kentish Town. As we transition, the role requires some monthly travel between the two locations. This role also allows for some home working by arrangement.
