Rima Dodd
Project ProducerRima joined Complicité as the Creative Engagement Producer (Maternity Cover) in May 2022 and started working for the company as a Project Producer in July 2023. She has a degree in English and Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick and an MPhil in Arts Education from the University of Cambridge. She has producing and teaching experience in the United States, South Africa, Japan and the UK.
Previously, Rima served as the Director of Education at the Irondale Ensemble Project in New York, creating ongoing partnerships with NYC public schools, producing city-wide teen theatre events, and finding creative ways to engage the local Brooklyn community in the work of the theatre.
Rima is the Sustainability Champion at Complicité.
