Louise Wiggins

Finance Manager

Louise has worked in the arts as a performer and manager for almost 25 years.  After studying Dance at Manchester Metropolitan University, she moved to Bath and danced with local companies, performing at festivals and gaining experience in arts management as Theatre Manager of The Rondo Theatre.  Since then, her roles have included Centre Manager at The Courtyard Youth Arts Centre, developing activities for young people; Administrative Director at Oxfordshire Theatre Company, touring work to rural communities and has worked with internationally renowned choreographer Shobana Jeyasingh, responsible for tour management, finance, HR and operations.

She joined Complicité in 2015 and is responsible for the financial sustainability and efficiency of the organisation and also plays a lead role in HR, policy, operations and governance.

Outside of work she is passionate about hiking and the many physical and mental health benefits it brings; genealogy and Liverpool FC.
