Emma joined Complicité in 2023. She studied English Literature at Durham University and has worked at Southbank Centre, the Madeleine Milburn Literary Agency and DK.

Her interests include writing plays and prose, reading a wide range of fiction and non-fiction and exploring new areas of London.
