Devising in the Secondary Classroom

“Thank you again for the beautiful work you did with our students. The fluidity of your workshops created a creative buzz in the space which was so useful for me to observe. Watching them shake off their over-active brains and work together instinctively gave me a sense of how I might create that going forwards. The attention to detail that the students now have is the biggest change I have seen in their work. Off the back of the workshops, they are making much more specific choices and giving value to the small details – this has wildly enhanced their performances. It has also removed the pressure to create some epic yarn and refocused their attention on exciting, engaging and detailed moments.
