Our most recent devised piece is inspired by two 1933 texts by Jun'ichiro Tanizaki: 'A Portrait of Shunkin' and 'In Praise of Shadows'. Performed by an entirely Japanese cast, the production opened with a short sell-out run in Tokyo in February 2008.

All My Sons
Simon McBurney is currently directing a production of Arthur Miller's All My Sons on Broadway. The cast includes John Lithgow, Diane Wiest, Patrick Wilson and Katie Holmes and began previews on 18 September at the Schoenfeld Theatre. The production opened officially on 16 October and will play a limited engagement until 11 January.

The company is currently developing its first original screenplay with writer Jonathan Safran Foer.
